IPMAT

What is IPMAT?

 

IPMAT stands for Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test. It is a national-level entrance exam conducted for admission to the 5-Year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) offered by prestigious Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs).

The IPMAT is designed for students who wish to pursue management education right after completing Class 12, without going through a traditional graduation + MBA route.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Must have passed Class 12 (or appearing) in any stream

  • Minimum Marks: Typically 60% (General/OBC), 55% (SC/ST/PwD)

  • Age Limit: Usually born on or after August 1, 2005 (relaxation for reserved categories)

  2. Register and fill the application form

  3. Upload documents

  4. Pay application fee (around ₹4,000 for General/OBC, ₹2,000 for SC/ST)
